Computer Parts Purchasing Associate
We are seeking that ideal person to add to our team who is passionate, versatile, creative and quality oriented to work as a Computer Parts Purchasing Associate. The successful candidate for this procurement position will use his or her strong negotiating and buying skills to ensure required products are available to the Sales and Manufacturing departments on time and according to planned cost.
This position will start as part-time (30 hours per week)
Position Requirements- 3-5 years in a computer/production line purchasing role
- Experience in the computer/high tech industry
- Computer literate; experience working with ERP systems a plus
- Detail oriented and able to maintain thorough documentation
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to provide highly accurate and consistent results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work alone or as a member of a team
- Some college preferred
